Talent Management in Higher Education Institutions: Developing Leadership Competencies

This paper presents the development process of talent management in higher education institutions. Specifically, this study aims to identify clusters that best fit leadership competency framework for those utilizes qualitative approach via focus group discussion with Leadership Competency and Instrument Committee AKEPT, also by interviews academics public universities. The findings from interview demonstrate five skills framework: personnel effectiveness, cognition, leading, impact influence, achievement action.
